All candidates for the position has the same qualities: high energy, tenacity and competitiveness. The main error of businesses in this area is to hire someone who will want to change the procedure because the sales do not reach the desired level. Most of the time, the procedure is effective and quite functional, but the person who had never used before for a sale. What the company needs is someone compatible with the procedure or able to adapt.
Providing excellent customer service
The secret to this is to have an immoderate confidence in its employees. It’s easy to say and harder to do, unless it is part of your culture to provide excellent customer service, but it’s worth the effort. If each transaction is given a relationship of trust, everyone puts his and every little effort is paying off.
