Successful teams are highly dependent on the motivation of their leaders, and that applies in all areas, from sports, family, education, labor, etc.. I refer to the latter, because it is what sticks me professionally. Studies indicate that employees feel valued and are interested in occupying positions of responsibility, rather than a raise.

Those in charge of a team are responsible for meeting the goals and challenges of the company, in the same way that should encourage their employees to perform their functions efficiently and effectively. Authoritarian leadership styles are ‘Out’, because they generate resentment, dissatisfaction and demotivation. Instead empathetic leaders are able to convey optimism and confidence to a working group committed to the needs of the company, because they feel part of the institutional challenges.

Internal Marketing is the index to keep loyal to employees through satisfaction of mutual needs and feedback. It is as easy as making constant feedback surveys to identify workers and try to solve in the short time. The sales area is usually the most stressful, because it works on the basis of achievement of goals, within a fixed time and under certain requirements. To the extent that companies listen to the needs of your employees and give them a solution, will be rewarded with increased production due to the synergy produced by teamwork and retention of their workforce, resulting in lower costs of training.
