All big businesses started out small, usually as one man or woman with a good idea and the willingness to work hard and risk everything. Instead empathetic leaders are able to convey optimism and confidence to a working group committed to the needs of the company, because they feel part of the institutional challenges.

Internal Marketing is the index to keep loyal to employees through satisfaction of mutual needs and feedback. It is as easy as making constant feedback surveys to identify workers and try to solve in the short time.
